Gourmet tips

Passionate about olive oil and good wines, Anne will advise you and share with you her beautiful wine list and organic craft beers and her "favorites" from the South West. With its simple, frills-free service that contributes to the spirit of the place for gourmets, bon vivants and epicureans. You will have the choice to sit at the bar on the "antique" vintage seats, at the corner of the fireplace in a small warm room or in our new bright space that hosts temporary exhibitions.

Our terrace is a must!

In fine weather, the garden and its terrace open their doors to have a drink with friends or breakfast in peace, in the perfumes of basil and oregano, in front of the mountains. The aromatic herbs and edible flowers that perfume our boards and toast grow under your eyes.

We transformed the old village cafe but kept the spirit of the place and its old tiles of colored cements.

 The Wine Bar is open in the evening from Tuesday to Saturday, we propose boards of charcuterie and ariégeois cheeses, oysters of Bouzigues and homemade sweets to accompany a good wine or an organic beer.

You can discover a wide selection of organic and local craft beer from the Brasserie Grand Bison Lavelanet and the best organic wines of Ariege, an appellation still unknown that reserves wonderful surprises for your taste buds such as Coteaux d'Engravies at Vira: our favorite.

You can enjoy an alcohol free cocktail or a regional wine by the glass, a board of farm cheeses; comfortably installed in the garden, overlooking the peaks of Picou and Prat d'Albis. The wine bar is open from 18h from Tuesday to Saturday. In the lounge, the deep armchairs invite you to enjoy a good tea accompanied by a pastry, a house cocktail or a good whisky after a day of discovery of the region or a nice walk in the Ariège mountains!

Our garden proposes its aromatic plants and edible flowers and we love to share them with you !

We are lucky in the Ariège to have extraordinary products and it is in this wealth that we choose producers and spot talent, men and women with whom we love to work and highlight their quality approach. You will find them "at the table" of the bistro!
